The Enterprise Application Support team offers a variety of services for Business and Finance. The most common services we offer are:
System Application Support
Our team is responsible for operations of campus-wide enterprise applications such as ADP, PeopleSoft, and Banner. These services include administration, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting, customer outreach, documentation and reporting, training, vendor relations, and product management.
Enterprise User Security
Creation, maintenance, removal of user accounts. We conduct a quarterly review of major systems.
We assist users with report or query creation. We provide one-on-one training for ADP Reporting and PeopleSoft Query tools.
We assist departments in Business and Finance by identifying business needs and determining solutions. We help determine if the department needs a new system, process improvement, or policy development.
The most common service we provide is project management. We work closely with our departments in planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve the goals of the department.
